You'll Learn
Rigging
The Duik Plugin will be used to create the character's rigging. It's a strong and free tool, and I'll walk you through the process of creating a rig using it.
Lower Body Animation
In this lesson, we will study the correct approach to use reference poses to begin the character walk cycle animation for the lower body.
Upper Body Animation
In this section, we will begin the animation of the upper body by rotating it, and then we will use follow-through animation to create natural-looking body movements.
Cloth and Shoe Details
Here, we'll be enhancing the animation with the use of shape layers by adding details to the clothing and shoes to create the illusion of 3D effects.
Dog Body Animation
We'll manually animate the dog's body using position and rotation keyframes to give it realistic depth and more.
Dog Leg Rigging & Animation
Walking dog limb movements are going to be covered here. We'll start by learning how to rig the leg, and then we'll go on to animating it.
Adding Lease on hand
To make it look like a boy and a dog are taking a walk together, we'll add a lease to the boy's walking animation and sync it with the dogs.
Loop Perfectly
The last step is to loop the walking animations of both characters to make it look like they're moving across the scene or following a natural path from left to right.
Simple Walk Cycle
Learn the fundamentals of wlak cycle animation here, plugin-free. For faster animation, this method is commonly employed in evert motion graphics videos.
Bouncing Ball
At the end of the course, I will quickly show you the bouncing ball animation. Furthermore, this will enlighten you by covering the fundamentals of animation.
